These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Automation Labs platform ("Service"), operated by Automation Labs / Skillment Tecnologia Ltda ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our Service at labs.skillab.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Automation Labs is an AI automation platform that builds, deploys, and maintains intelligent AI agents and automation workflows (powered by n8n, Claude AI, and other technologies) for businesses. Our services include:
By using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Some features require account registration. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at ivan@skillab.co.
When you connect third-party accounts (e.g., Google, WhatsApp, CRMs) via OAuth or API keys, you authorize Automation Labs to access those services on your behalf solely to perform the automations you configure. We will only request the minimum permissions necessary and will not use your connected account data for purposes beyond delivering the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All platform technology, software, designs, and branding remain the exclusive property of Automation Labs / Skillment Tecnologia Ltda. Custom automations developed specifically for your business under a paid engagement are licensed to you as specified in your service agreement. You retain ownership of your own data and content.
Paid services are billed as specified in your service agreement or subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to suspend access for overdue payments after reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. AI agents and automated workflows may produce unexpected results — always review outputs before using them in critical decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automation Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable export window for your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, and we will attempt to resolve disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notice with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
